Enjoy a little of the local flavor from Williamsburg, Brooklyn, a bit south of the "hipster" epicenter.

Hope you’re doing OK, Otilius, you’re still taking some great pics, and I always enjoy browsing them, especially as I’ve not yet visited New York.
In the UK we see so much of ‘the city that never sleeps’ on TV and in movies, but it’s a very unbalanced perspective.
If a Brit were asked to describe New York's inhabitants, based solely on the content of movies and TV shows, I think they could be forgiven for making everyone a cop, a firefighter, a lawyer, a doctor, a gangster, a hooker, a drug dealer, a drug addict, a cab driver, or a waitress in a diner! I’m sure I’ve missed out many classic stereotypes, but I’m sure you get my drift.
Your pictures conjure up a feeling to accompany the visual element and I think it gives them a kind of ‘touchable’ quality. You keep clicking 'em, and I’ll keep looking at ‘em. RR
