30 Rocks!

Okay, okay, I let you wait long enough. Here's a look at the Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree--lit! Yes, THAT time has come to town once again and brought millions of new friends along with it.

Standing on the Fifth Avenue sidewalk at my own peril, getting the shot for you, is my blessing and my pleasure. Merry Christmas!

Hi Otilis,

Just wondering if I could use one of your images to publicise your blog. I would put a cow in the crowd of course.

Nice stuff btw.

That tree is HUGE!! Let alone the number of lights. Holy smokes! I almost said holy cow, but didn't want to offend StiK!

Merry Christmas!

I love that tree. I went there in Dec of 2004. Everytime I look at your pictures, I miss NYC even more. Have only been there twice though. hehe Using my blogger ID so my avatar shows up:)

Happy BYB Sunday, Oti.

Many blessings and Merry Christmas to you, too, my friend.

Stunning! That's something I've always wanted to do, be in the crowd when they light the tree. Maybe next year.

What a lovely gift! Thank you so much :-) It's a wonder you didn't get knocked over, trying to stand still in that moving stream of humanity.

Although, I wish at least ONE person in that whole crowd was smiling. I know the Christmas "crush" is not pleasant - but gee, get over it and ENJOY!
