In Memoriam

Poland lost its current President Lech Kaczynski in a plane crash Saturday. According to CNN.com, "The delegation was headed for the Katyn Forest near Smolensk, Russia, to honor the 22,000 Polish prisoners of war killed 70 years ago by the Soviet Union's NKVD, forerunner of the KGB."

This statue stands in Jersey City, New Jersey, across the Hudson River from lower Manhattan.

Years pass, opinions change, BUT, the truth and photographic record does not change. Just traveling down old paths, and let me say.....Your eye for catching a moment that LASTS.....is still phenomenal. New York Nitty Gritty you say? I say your talent needs more than a blog.
