Poor thing...someone will be looking for him/her. Wonder if the cat makes a habit of sitting on the ledge...my cat does but it is on an inside ledge! Cheers
Fear not! This morning the cat was not there, so we can only hope that the owner let it back inside. Whew! I thought I might have to knock on some doors or something...
