I was thinking about taking Mini Bug there, since we live so close. I wasn't sure if she would enjoy it or not. We drive by it all the time.

are you kidding me? everyone loves the mermaids, especially little girls (and boys). what they do is so underrated, too. they are truly AMAZING!!

this time of year, Weeki Wachee Springs is open Thursday through Sunday. instead of driving past, stop in! if you see a guy in the front row taking pictures this week, it's me. :D

Thanks for the heads up. Maybe we will stop in this weekend. Have you gone to Tarpon Springs yet? What other places are you visiting?

Ohh and by the way, if you see a stressed out mom with two kids, one little girl who is 3 and beautiful and one screaming 7 month old who is teething, you will know its me hahahha.

how my boys loved the mermaids when they were little. Come to think of it, my 20 year old is in love with a team swimmer now. Hmm, the place had more influence that I realized!

That's nice. I don't think I had the talent for that. Wish I was there to see it live.

Wow.. is it real or just a trick?

That's amazing. I think I will definitely not be trying that at home since I can barely hold my breath for longer than 3 seconds under water!

nizhama, it is a real trick. they actually drink a soda underwater. no kidding!

I've heard of the place, but never seen a photo. Very cool looking. My in-laws live near there. I'll have to make a point of checking out the place if I get down to visit anytime soon.

Thanks for asking! "The film", ONCE A MERMAID, is still in post production. We should finish by the end of this summer. Stay tuned!
