Shadow Stairs

the shadow of a stop light and some stairs, Manhattan, NYC

A magic dwells in each beginning
and protecting us it tells us how to live.
The world of spirit wishes not to fetter us
but raise us higher, further, step by step.

Very cool. Makes me wonder whether the traffic light is telling me to stop, go, or be cautious when going through that door.

Oh, this is genius. I love how you've capturedthe variations of shadows. There is one that is almost a penumbra, but still retains its contours. The other one, that overlaps it, is sharp. What a contrast, what a picture.
