Razor Wire

Not necessarily a blessing but something that I have grown to like in a weird way--razor wire! Reminds me of "home", as in Brooklyn, NYC...

I completely get what you mean. Excellent shot.

Great shot - but, hmmm, I think you might be cheating a bit, LOL. Unfortunately, probably too common in most big cities. Definitely Nitty Gritty, not so sure about the New York part! Love it anyway :-)

This is amazing. I like the tension between the music and the self-protection.--and the sky. Reminds me of Belfast. Amazing art has emerged from behind the razor wire.

Aloha...I guess you must be a new member of the BYB group, but what I can't understand is how your link made it to the very top of my blog! This is most mysterious to me that it's right next to the title of my blog. Do you know how that happened? Blessings, Kuanyin of Moonlight Becomes Me

Mary--thanks!

Sunflower Optimism--"cheating"? you must be kidding...razor wire is all over New York City, especially Brooklyn.

Standing Under the Sky--no razor wire can contain a soul yearning for freedom.

Kuanyin--unknown (email sent)

Nice composition - Did you have to climb on the fence to get the shot?
