Yesterday, I went to the Coney Island Mermaid Parade. Scroll down for more fun...
On my way to the parade, I saw this lively group and followed them down Surf Avenue.
Lo and behold, one of the women was none other than BAMBI THE MERMAID, the 2006 Queen Mermaid, shown here with King Neptune, ABEL FERRARA.
After the parade fun--with the famous Cyclone rollercoaster in the background...

We have a Mermaid Parade in San Francisco too!! :) It's during the How Weird Festival, but I missed the parade portion.

Abel's looking at bit haggard these days. thought I guess that fact that he is still alive is a miracle. While he is not Keith Richards he may very well be the film business' equivalant.
