The remodeled PATH and subway station at the World Trade Center site sits across the street from the Millenium Hilton. When you come here, do yourself a favor--take the PATH train ($1.50, 3 minutes) just one stop and you will be on the other side of the Hudson River in Jersey City, New Jersey .
Jersey City has great walkways along the river and you need to get away from Manhattan to see Manhattan. As a famous Hilton might say, "it's hot".
