The little man walks on Broadway as the last of Tuesday's daylight falls on the Empire State Building.

At first glance, it seemed like some steam or smoke coming out of an Empire State Building window. But, after closer looking, you can see men on scaffolds cleaning high above the street, at around 10 AM.
