As I slipped and slid in the slush and snow, I saw the little man near the Plaza.
Moving closer, I could see that the little man thinks about wearing the green as he walks near Saint Patrick's Day Parade barricades on 59th Street.
I nearly dropped the camera when I saw this taxi's bumper and the little man in the background fleeing the scene .
