On a rainy afternoon, the little man walks above some minor flooding at Lafayette and Walker in Manhattan. He notices the inadequate--yet, so New York--footwear of a nearby pedestrian, without breaking his stride.
I thought of you watching the Pink Panther with my daughter. The silliness of Steve Martin's walking like the little man when he crosses the street in NYC is a riot. This is a great shot. The color and the patterns in the puddle are terrific.
