Warm weather returns to The City this weekend. Here we see a tug boat pushing a barge up the East River. That's the Queensboro Bridge and Manhattan in the background.
This scene may look familiar, since I posted a similar shot recently. The weather was better for this visit but not so good for viewing the Empire State Building.
In previous years, I don't remember The Powers That Be leaving The Times Square New Year's Eve Ball visible throughout the year. Here we see it atop One Times Square in Manhattan during a beautiful late afternoon, from Broadway between 43rd and 42nd.
