Oh, it's pretty! The angle of the shot is what makes the photo so wonderful. I suppose if you had taken it from the front, it would have looked like a normal, bright spray of lights. But from the side, it looks like a Christmas dress that has been spread across some perspective dimension. Fantastic, really. And considering that it's Macy's, it couldn't have looked more appropriate :)
