It sounds like a conversation not the name on the side of a building.

"Hello"

"Yes, I'd like to speak to Mr. Smith."

"What is this pertaining to?"

"It's personal."

"Please hold."

"Smith speaking."

"Mr. Smith it's about the parking situation at your warehouse....."
