Not a Bike


You know how I every once in a while come across an unfortunate BIKE chained to a pole? Well, that's what made me take this photo on 23rd Street in Manhattan.

    That is SO funny. The thing's people will do. And it looks like a relatively heavy duty chain and lock combo, too!
